About
One person. A studio with a name on the door.

I'm Brian Landes. Professional Bad Guys is my studio, and right now it's just me. I've been designing and programming games for more than fifteen years, and I write Unity code for a living.
I built Narramancer because adding save and load to a Unity game after the fact is miserable. In Narramancer, saving is part of how graphs run rather than something bolted on afterwards: pause a running graph, save, quit, reload, and it picks up where it was.
Before that I studied Computer Science with an emphasis in game design at the University of Utah's EAE program, where I was team lead on Revel Rousers, a thirteen-person student game that shipped free on Steam.
Why “bad guys”?
Every story needs a villain, and somebody has to build the machinery behind the scenes. The LLC is real. The villainy is mostly limited to the name.
